Having lived in the States for Over 20 years, I never really imagined anything outside of it until I came to the Philippines, not looking for work but looking for my roots.
What I found was : loads of highly skilled people, lacking the opportunity to explore their endless possibilities. Not only did they have the education and the intelligence to handle these tasks, they were fast learners, hungry for challenges and most importantly, they were driven to service. Being an executive, I know that in the end attitude IS more important because skill and knowledge can be learned. I wanted Winners and I wanted to WIN.
Luckily, I found a way to piece together this puzzle and got together some friends and family who were willing to take on this challenge. The Challenge of Feeling Wonderful In Service. I am Happy, They are Happy and Most DEFINITELY our clients are very happy.
